Domestic Contracts

There are two main levels of service that we offer to our domestic clients, Premier and Standard. Depending on the size of garden or grounds involved will determine which service is best to go for. the basic difference between the two levels of service is the frequency of which we visit your garden or grounds. A pre-arranged list of work would then be agreed and then we will start to care for your garden or grounds.

Commercial Contracts

About Us

Our team is made up of members who are dedicated to providing an excellent level of service for all of our customers. We enjoy completing projects knowing that we have applied the correct tools and skills for the task.

Charlotte Baxter Garden Maintenance is a fully insured and licensed company. We are insured for up to five million pounds for Public and Product Liability insurance and hold a Waste Carriers License, obtained from the Environment Agency (Registration number: EAN/946837).

Green waste removed from our customers is taken to be composted locally at a facility near Hexham. We try to ensure that waste removed from clients premises is not just thrown away or taken to landfill but is used in an environmentally friendly way.
